All our used puzzles are checked to make sure all the pieces are accounted and there are no damage or broken pieces.
We also sanitize each puzzle with a UV light to eliminate any germs or bacteria.
All pieces are then placed into a zip lock bag and into the puzzle box.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours from receipt of the order. We process orders Monday thru Friday.
We use USPS for shipments under 10 lbs. Shipments over 10lbs. we will use either UPS or FedEx.
Shipping within the US only. No international shipping is available at this time.
We do not ship Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

- First don't panic.
- Look in the puzzle box, under the box and the bag the puzzle came in.
- Check the floor and the area around your puzzle.
- Check under the completed puzzle. I don't know how it happens, but I have found the missing piece under the completed puzzle.
- Check your clothing and your pockets, shoes and slippers.
- What about checking with your mischievous pets or family members.
Those missing pieces almost always turn up.
But if you really can't find it please contact the puzzle manufacturer. (New puzzles only) They won't be able to replace the missing pieces, but many will replace the puzzle. You will probably need some information from the puzzle box to get them to take care of it. So make sure you have the puzzle box and your receipt handy.
